Dyanmic Search for Label Segments

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Description

Just a suggestion for a feature that can allow us to filter the list of segments based on typing some text. I put a note on every single segment I clip, and end up having a lot of repeated names. If there was a search bar that we could type into that could filter just the names with the text string we type, it would be a nice time saver.
