Foundry Linux package available for Ubuntu 26.04

This is a packaging heads-up: Foundry Linux now publishes losslesscut 3.69.0-1foundry1 for Ubuntu 26.04 through https://apt.foundrylinux.org/.

The package deliberately repacks the official x86_64 AppImage payload rather than attempting a divergent application build. It retains the bundled private FFmpeg so behavior matches the upstream release, installs the Electron sandbox helper setuid-root instead of launching with --no-sandbox, and declares the host desktop-library dependencies explicitly. The package source is at:

The upstream release/tagging and application metadata were already clean; we kept the losslesscut name and upstream desktop identity unchanged. I am also reporting one malformed RPATH found in the separately produced bundled FFmpeg to mifi/ffmpeg-builds.
