Zooming timeline with mouse wheel must be inverted

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first
- Try with the newest version from GitHub (also it might have already been fixed in latest nightly build)

- This problem happens with all kinds of files that I try. For problem only with a particular file or type, use this other form instead

Steps to reproduce
Zooming timeline with Ctrl+MouseWheelUp or Ctrl+MouseWheelDown
Expected behavior
Ctrl+MouseWheelUp > Zoom In
Actual behavior
Ctrl+MouseWheelUp > Zoom Out

Zooming with mouse wheel needs to be inverted. There's an option to invert mouse wheel for movement along timeline, but no option to invert for zooming. To have an option is a best solution, but to have Zoom-in on MouseWheelUp as default (and only option) is fine for me personally. I've read that people already complained about that, but all topics are closed and the problem still persist on currently latest build (v3.69.0).
