Steps to reproduce:
- Open IntelliJ
- Open a popup window (e.g. "Create a branch" or "Search")
- Move to another application (with that popup still being open!)
- Return to IntelliJ (using Alt-tab or with clicking on the icon in the tray)
- The popup remains somewhere in the background.

Expected behavior:
When I return to IntelliJ, the popup should be again in front of the window, not in the back.
Actual behavior:
Hello, This is a bug related to IntelliJ, installed on Ubuntu.
How it currently works When I open a popup window (e.g. "Create a branch" or "Search"), if I move to another application (with that popup still being open!) then I return to IntelliJ, the popup remains somewhere in the background. Because of that, I cannot do any actions in IntelliJ.
Sometimes the popup comes back to front, but I couldn't figure out what's the sequence of keyboard strokes / mouse movements that brings it back. Minimizing the windows sometimes works and I can see the popup, but not always.
