winget upgrade microsoft.appinstaller

This command frequently fails, seemingly at random. Often the error is "InstallerFailedWithCode"

winget upgrade microsoft.appinstaller

Results are inconsistent. If you keep retrying, it might eventually work. It needs to successfully work on the first try.

Expected behavior

Command should work and successfully upgrade winget every time.

Actual behavior

Randomly fails, but if you retry, sometimes it randomly works.
