Export function on Keyboard Manager

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like a function to export the Shortcuts and Keys configuration to a file.

Scenario when this would be used?

I configure several shorts and remap on my work PC, and I would like to apply them to my personal PC at home without having to reconfigure everything from scratch.
