Steps to reproduce

powertoys has been randomly exiting during the day, but command pattlet stays active. How to recreate? open powertoys and keep using the system, you will notice that after a couple hours powertoys will not appear in the app tray and any tool from powertoys doesn't launch. Butt command pallet still stays active. I have observed this on multiple systems so its not an issue with one computer of mine
