version 3.5.0 hangs at startup on Windows Server 2008 R2

We are currently using mimalloc with dynamic library override on Windows Server 2008 R2. Our server application ran normally with mimalloc versions 3.3.2 through 3.4.5. However, after upgrading to version 3.5.0, the program hangs at startup, with only the ntdll thread remaining active.
