[com.google.android.apps.credentialmanager] The application just opens the web page for Google Passwords instead of in-app UI

Describe the bug When opening the Google Password Manager App, it just opens a Google Passwords webpage in the default browser. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the latest version of the app (2026.08.09.965935303.1-release at the time of writing)
2. Get redirected to the browser page.

Expected behavior The application opens its own UI for managing passwords.

System Android Version: 16 Custom ROM: AxionAOSP 2.8-ONEIRA_FINAL-20260920-UNOFFICIAL-VANILLA-GSI-Dozeoff
