reCAPTCHA not working, test just spins, no errors anywhere

Describe the bug Some apps have started to not allow me to log in. I suspect its related to reCAPTCHA. On MicroG "Test Recaptcha" the recaptcha dialog comes up but the bar at the bottom just scrolls across and it sits there doing this indefinitely. recaptcha enterprise works fine.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: MicroG/Device Attestation Test recaptcha Expected behavior No idea but the current behavior. Ultimately the test should pass.
