[bug] Folders in sidebar always capitalized

Description of the bug

Folders shown in the sidebar are always capitalized. So a folder named "test" would show up as "Test" in the sidebar.

Step by step instructions to reproduce the bug

• Create a folder named "test"
• Check in the sidebar and see it show up as "Test"
