[Question]: Can I add my project to the Community Tools section?

Hello, is it possible to add my small project, https://github.com/vogster/3x-ui-mailchilla-bot, to the “Community Tools” section? The idea behind the project is that it’s an email bot for managing subscriptions. Most bots run on Telegram, but Telegram is blocked in Russia, which creates an absurd situation: to connect to a VPN, you need Telegram, which doesn’t work without a VPN. I originally built it for myself to automate the subscription process, and now I’m adding various features. Maybe it’ll come in handy for some communities, too. The bot was created using artificial intelligence, since I’m not very knowledgeable about web development.
