Images are pixelated in ghostty when using tmux

This is basically the same issue as #267, but I'm using ghostty. I've tried the workarounds to explicitly pass the image protocol. I've tried sixel and kitty-local. Neither work - the image is not displayed at all (instead of being pixelated). I've tried with with set-option -g allow-passthrough set to on and all. Running presenterm outside of tmux in ghostty works, and images render fine.
