Presentation Before all my Lab with Presenterm
Hi,
I wanted to share with you my feedback about my first trial of Presenterm before all the members of my lab (300 people). Everything went smoothly. The presentation was run in Kitty, using classical fullscreen mode. I used scripts to launch my videos. Below, you will find the source code of the presentation and a link to the video of the presentation (soundtrack in French, but slides are in English).
Thanks for this amazing minimalist tool! It is incredibly useful.
Best, Jacques

The Genesis
- Desire for collaboration between Gipsa-lab and ICube
- Nicolas Marchand, director of Gipsa-lab, knows Jérôme Catz, the director of Spacejunk the association organizing the Street Art Fest Grenoble Alpes
- He puts us in touch, and he is immediately thrilled by the idea
- We bring a company into the loop, Polyvionics, and submit a PRCE with an association in the consortium
- The project is funded (440k€) for 4 years, starting in January 2022.

PiSaRo Robot (2016)
Brainstorming
Initial concept
- Robotize spray painting
Issues
- More complex than initially thought
- Generates a lot of waste
Pointillism was chosen for
- its simplicity,
- compatibility with robotization,
- eco-friendly nature.

Initial Concept
The Aerial Robot
Aerial Manipulator with Elastic Suspension
- System developed at ICube since 2017
- High accuracy, high speed, low power
- Modified for high-rise vertical workspaces
- Propellers are used to wind and unwind the cable

The Artist
Kan DMV
- Artist selected by Spacejunk
- Specialized in pointillism
- Has a strong technical background
- Uses Python scripts and JSON files
- By hand, he is limited to small murals, in size and in number of points
- For him, the robot is a new tool to extend the range of artistic possibilities

Kan DMV
Indoor Painting
Setup
