[Bug]: Pay - Not possible to Withdraw or Add into the money account while non EVM network filter is selected

Describe the bug

Not possible to Withdraw or Add into the money account while non EVM network filter is selected. Errors:

• Error: [Money Account] Missing funding EVM account
• Error: [Money Account] Missing recipient EVM address

Expected behavior

We should be able to use Money no matter which network we have filtered

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a non EVM network in the network filter
2. Click Money
3. Click add or send
4. See errors without info
