[Bug]: Account Header - Persistent Account header is not applied to all screens

Describe the bug

Persistent Account header is not applied to all screens. These are the missing ones

• Simple Send
• Perps Withdraw
• Perps Add funds
• Money Send
• Money Add

Expected behavior

We should consolidate all screens, either with persistent or with non persistent header?
