[Bug]: Estimated Balance - Changes are incorrect when performing Send on Arc

Describe the bug
I'm triggering the Send Malicious from the test dapp, and I'm seeing as if I would get a greater USDC value (native token) in return :thinking_face: This could trick users to perform tx's where they think they get more money back. It's seems an issue with Arc network solely
Expected behavior
Estimated balance value should be correct

Steps to reproduce
- Connect to the test dapp with ARc selected
- Trigger a MAlicious Send native
- See estimated balance value as if you get something in return
