Hidden an Account still appears in the Send To Recipient list
Expected behavior
If an account is hidden, we shouldn't see it in the Send To account list

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Accounts
- Hide one account
- Start a Send flow
- Select Recipient
- See hidden account appears in the list
