docs: fix 'allows to associate' grammar in Community CRD advanced BGP config

In website/content/configuration/_advanced_bgp_configuration.md (Community Aliases section):

the Community CRD that allows to associate a name to a given BGP community

Suggested fix: "that allows associating" (or "that lets you associate").

Small docs grammar fix. I can open a PR if this looks good.
