Consistent 403 Forbidden Error When Downloading Models with Freshly Generated URLs

Hello, I have been consistently unable to download any of the Llama models. I successfully received multiple approval emails with new signed URLs, but every attempt to download results in a 403 Forbidden error, even when using the link immediately after it is generated.

My Environment: Operating System: macOS (mention your version if you know it, e.g., Sonoma)

Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken:

• Successfully installed Apple's Command Line Developer Tools.
• Successfully installed Homebrew.
• Successfully installed wget via Homebrew.
• Cloned the meta-llama/llama repository and am running the official download.sh script.
• I have tried multiple (3+) brand-new URLs generated by re-applying on the website. The error occurs even when using the URL within minutes of receiving it.
• I have confirmed I am not on a VPN.
• I have tried from my standard home Wi-Fi network.
• I have tried wrapping the URL in single quotes (which caused a Scheme missing error) and without quotes (which results in 403 Forbidden).

The process fails immediately after the script attempts to connect to llama4.llamameta.net. This appears to be a server-side issue with the link generation or validation process, as all client-side dependencies are correctly installed. Could you please investigate why valid, freshly generated URLs are being rejected?
