Help building my AI assistant Chancy from DRC using Llama 3.2

Hello Meta Llama team,

I'm Destin from Bukavu, DRC. I'm building my own AI assistant called Chancy for my community.

I want to use Llama 3.2 to power Chancy, but I need guidance on how to start with low resources (mobile phone / low internet).

My question: What is the best way to integrate Llama 3.2-3B into a small WhatsApp bot project?
