Request to reconsider rejected Hugging Face access for Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct

Hello Meta Llama Team,

My access request for meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct on Hugging Face was rejected. I would like to respectfully request reconsideration or a reset of the rejected request so that I can submit the correct information again.

My details:

• Institution: Beijing University of Chemical Technology
• Status: Fourth-year undergraduate student
• Major: Bioengineering
• Intended use: Non-commercial coursework and personal academic study while following Professor Hung-yi Lee’s introductory generative AI course

My original application may have contained incomplete profile information. I have now updated my Hugging Face profile with my real name and academic interests.

I will comply with the Llama 3.2 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy, and I will not redistribute the model weights.

I also attempted to request reconsideration through the model’s Hugging Face Community page, but my new account is currently rate-limited and cannot create a discussion.

Could you please reconsider my request or reset its status so that I can reapply?
