Description

The quality of emission and reception depends on many factors, including the atmospheric conditions. Sometimes you need to retransmit the same message before you can catch an acknowledgement. In these cases, it happens that the message has effectively been sent and received, and the receivers have multiple occurrences of it. Including an ID on the re-emitted message would permit a reconciliation on the recipient's device and a unique display.
