[Feature Request]: Re-Activate AHT20+BMP280 Sensor Again (Broke Since October 2024)

On March 26, 2024 a Feature Request was submitted and accepted, to add the AHT20 Environmental Sensor, specifically the AHT20+BPM280 found here: https://github.com/meshtastic/firmware/issues/3498 This is a sensor that has "2 sensors" on the same board. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006288395566.html

This Feature Request was acted on, and added to the general Meshtastic firmware around June 30th, 2024. It was confirmed to work using the AHT20+BMP280 Sensor reporting back the Temperature, Humidity and Pressure.

About 3.5 months later, around October 14, 2024, multiple users reported that the Pressure metric had dropped off (provided by the BMP280 portion of the AHT20+BMP280.

Nine months later on July 10, 2025, at least one Bug Report was filed about this loss of the Pressure metric found here: https://github.com/meshtastic/firmware/issues/7296. It appears to have been ignored and closed.

The AHT20+BMP280 has consistently outperformed the BME280 in Temperature accuracy: +/- 1ºC (BME280) vs +/- 0.3ºC (ATH20+BMP280), as well as Humidity Accuracy: +/-3% (BME280) vs +-2% (AHT20+BMP280.

Most importantly the AHT20+BMP280 has consistently been much less expensive to purchase in most cases than the BME280 and is a readily available and popular sensor with superior metrics.

The Meshtastic firmware was able to accommodate this "2 devices on 1 board" sensor between approx. June 2024 and October 2024 with this sensor performing perfectly with all 3 metrics of Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure, all at once and populating in the Nodelist information for individual nodes.

I would respectfully request the AHT20+BMP280 sensor be re-added as a supported Environmental Sensor. Thank you.
