Title: Footer is not stuck to the bottom
Issue Type: Bug
Description: Footer is not stuck to the bottom in all the templates of the Footer block. Although it is shown at the bottom in the icon of Footer templates. But not for the actual block.

As you can see, the footer is at the top and not at the bottom in the template .
What to be Done:
It should be represented at the bottom of the footer template.
