[FEATURE] Disable MS Defender auto-scan task

Ability to disable the MS Defender auto-scan AND keep it disabled in the optimizations section. Every time I disable it from task scheduler, i find it to be enabled again automatically.

Use case

I do not want it to keep scaning my perfectly clean computer just for the sake of scanning, using resources and causing high fan noise when the pc is supposed to be idling.
