How to make the ai assistant save some information?

I have an ai assistant made using open ai api, but I don’t know how to make it save the information I have shared, for example, to my email or in Google Sheets. The assistant code is written in node.js. (it makes no difference where to save the information, anywhere, the main thing is that he saves it)
