[1.x] AudioBridge static noise random

What version of Janus is this happening on? 1.3.3

Have you tested a more recent version of Janus too? 1.3.3

Was this working before? Not sure

Is there a gdb or libasan trace of the issue? No

Additional context Audio from audiobridge is randomly noise when speaker speaks too loud.
