Where do I find Javascript to display chapters?

I have just started to experiment with MediaElement video player and am struggling to get chapters working. I have a suitable VTT file and my videos play with no errors flagged on the Console tab of Chrome's Inspect tool but there is no sign of any chapter icon.

My guess is that I need some additional Javascript to display chapters but I have failed to find this on GitHub. Do I need new glasses? :)
