[BUG] Cook mode in ios PWA only shows ingredients

• I used the GitHub search to find a similar issue and didn't find it.
• I searched the Mealie documentation, with the integrated search.
• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.
• This issue can be replicated on the demo site (https://demo.mealie.io/).

What is the issue you are experiencing?

If you add mealie as a PWA to iOS (in my case, on an ipad), and go into cook mode for any recipe, all you see is the ingredient list, and an X (to close) icon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add mealie as a PWA
2. Go to any recipe
3. Enter cook mode
