Implement OAuth Proxy in v2

We should implement an OAuth Proxy similar to v1 to allow users to use OAuth providers that don't support Dynamic Client Registration.

This is related to mcp-use/mcp-use#2298 so that we can have a clean abstraction for Firebase and be more flexible when it comes to OAuth providers.
