[feature request] TAR before "Zipping"/Compression

Currently if one has a folder of files, and they want to for example make an archive that's .zstd they can't because of file/folder limitations with .zstd some other formats are similar.

Peazip gets around this by having it "TAR' the file first, could we possibly have a workaround for formats with the file/folder issue to be tar'd first?
