[Codec Plugin] Add ZSTD compression to ZIP format

Hello,

Since the 7-Zip mainline only supports the zip format with ZSTD compression, not the 7z format.

It would be even better if the Codec Plugin could provide ZSTD compression support for the zip format.

Although I should really be suggesting that the mainline 7-Zip provide relevant support... I don't think that's likely to happen.
