ask-matt names five skills the agent cannot see, so it reports them as not installed

ask-matt routes the user through /grill-with-docs, /to-spec, /to-tickets, /implement and /wayfinder. All five set disable-model-invocation: true, so the harness omits them from the skill list it injects into the agent's context. The agent is therefore executing a skill that names five skills it cannot see, with nothing in either prompt explaining why they are absent.

Reading its own list as exhaustive, the agent concludes they are not installed. In my session it did exactly that — it reported the spec/ticket flow as missing and routed me to bare /grilling + /tdd instead. 13 of the plugin's 22 skills carry the flag, so this is the common case, not an edge.

Two fixes

Independent, so either can be taken alone. Both are docs-only; no behaviour change.

1. skills/engineering/ask-matt/SKILL.md — add before "The main flow":

Your skill list is filtered. Every skill named below is installed. Most set disable-model-invocation: true, so they are absent from the list of skills you can invoke yourself — the user invokes them by typing /name. Never report one as missing on the strength of that list; if you need to check, read .claude-plugin/plugin.json, which is the authority on what is installed.

2. skills/engineering/setup-matt-pocock-skills/SKILL.md — add an optional step before "Done", so the caveat survives in every session of a configured repo rather than only in ask-matt ones:

Most skills here set disable-model-invocation: true, so an agent never sees them in its own list of invocable skills and can wrongly report them as not installed.
