[Bug]: Deleted draft is restored daily

Server Version: 11.7.2

Steps to reproduce

I have one open message draft, and if I delete it, it gets removed.

But when I start Mattermost the next day, it's open again.

Expected behavior

Deleted draft shouldn't be opened automatically again.

Observed behavior

Deleted draft reopens automatically.
