Conflict with ICE menu manager

This bug appears to be caused by xbar, as it only affects menu items created by xbar. https://github.com/jordanbaird/Ice lets you control the visibility of menu bar items, including xbar items.

When I adjust the refresh duration in the xbar control panel. Ice custom visibility settings for xbar items reset and it hides xbar menu items. I believe it has something to do with the menu item identifier, which xbar regenerates for all items after changing settings like refresh duration.
