Support for `bb` style blackboard fonts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Mathpazo/newpx introduce the bb style of blackboard fonts, but TeX Gyre Pagella does not do so out of the box. dsfont comes close, but the bold emphasis is on the wrong side. bbm is also close, but some letters like Z are styled after the standard mathbb and do not have a bold stroke, which is visually inconsistent.

Describe the solution you'd like A new font extension/tex extension that enables the bb blackboard bold typeface or mathpazo.

Describe alternatives you've considered I could just live with the inconsistencies between dsfont and bb, but

Additional context mathalpha with bb=px to directly change mathbb or having it under a separate command would both be acceptable.
