Windows forget their Workspace after Lock

Describe the bug

There is a specific list of Windows or WindowClasses that are 100% reproducible in being "lost" from your Workspaces (and thus, and orphaned window, without any way to select it without restarting the shell), and when the shell has been restarted, the windows are taken into the last remaining Workspace.

To Reproduce

• Occurs on:
  • X.Org
  • Wayland
• GNOME Shell version: 3.38.3
• Distro: Fedora Workstation 33
• Steps to reproduce, if applicable:
  1. Create 3+ Workspaces (where n=last workspace)
  2. Place Mozilla Firefox 84.0.2 (Stable) (64-bit) on Workspace n-1
  3. Place Google Chrome 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Workspace n-1
  4. Place Steam on Workspace n
  5. Place Lutris 0.5.8.3-1 on Workspace n
  6. Allow the system to hibernate or suspend (or trigger it manually)
  7. Resume the system from hibernate/suspend
  8. Log back in
  9. Bug

Don't know, the version isn't shown when installed from Gnome Extensions. The checksums for files in the installation location are as follows however, which can be matched up by running sha512sum*
