Recently created users with updated profiles continue to display blank until manually refreshed

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. new user joins the local server
2. view the user's profile and observe it is empty
3. user updates their profile and posts a few things
4. view the user's profile again several hours later

Expected behaviour

Profile displays latest profile information and posts as soon as they are made.

Actual behaviour

Profile continues to display blank until the page is manually refreshed.

Detailed description

I've started noticing this mainly with new local users going from blank profiles to having them filled in. I don't know if the behaviour is unique to that situation or if it's just the easiest to notice, since a profile that is filled in but simply out of date is unlikely to stand out.

Possibly a regression within the past version or two, I don't recall ever seeing this so consistently in the past.
