Pressing [CTRL+] Enter closes the alt-text modal

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Add an image to the composer field
2. Click Edit and add any text to the description field
3. Press Enter or CTRL + Enter
4. The modal closes

Expected behaviour

The modal doesn't close, the user can add line breaks

Actual behaviour

The modal closes and line breaks are not possible

Detailed description

I'm all in for closing the alt-text modal by pressing CTRL + Enter just like it works for sending a toot, but closing even when pressing Enter is an annoying behavior. Sometimes the user may want to add a line break and then the modal closes when pressing any of the mentioned keys.

And just pressing Enter not only closes the modal but the description already typed may be lost.
