Admin dashboard section spacing issue when page is narrow

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to web interface > Preferences > Administration (/admin/dashboard)
2. Resize the width of the page narrower until the visual glitches are experienced
3. (see provided screenshot)

Expected behaviour

The sections should float and squeeze and move around properly, without any gaps / missing spots

Actual behaviour

There are odd gaps / spacing issues between the sections / boxes on the page, software gets squished to the right on top of another box and a gap on the left gets created
