Google Cast does not work (icon missing)

I have double checked and can reproduce the issue
OS: Windows 10 1903
GPMDP Version: 4.6.1
Issue Descriptions: There is no cast button and I'm unable to locate it in any menus (I do have compatible speakers of course :) - Polk MagniFi MAX)
Steps to Reproduce: Start the application
