[FR] Pre-heating Bed/Nozzle notice when using the Z-Probe Wizard

Great project, cannot thank y'all enough.

My suggestion is that if the firmware is pre-heating the bed and/or nozzle before probing during the Z-Probe Wizard routine, it should put a notice/warning on the screen.

I've been troubleshooting my configuration for the 2.1.3-beta3 build for two days, wondering why every time I start the wizard it will home the X- and Y-axis, then deploy the touch probe, and stay there. The screen on my Ender 3 V1 only says something like "Z-Probe Wizard" and stays on that. Seems like the system hangs. But just now I realized that I had set bed and nozzle pre-heating (a configuration option I had not used previously), and perhaps this is what it was waiting for. Sure enough, I left it for a few minutes while it was "hanging" and eventually it moved on to the Z plunge.

Definitely an oversight on my part, but it would be genuinely helpful (and hopefully not too difficult) to add a notice or an icon on screen while the bed/nozzle are heating.
