[BUG] Hotend fan is not running when hotend heats up

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Hotend fan is not running when hotend heats up.

Bug Timeline

New bug, started after update done on 2026.09.13

Expected behavior

Hotend fan has to start after it reached defined autostart temperature.

Actual behavior

Fan does not start now. Works fine with older repository code (tested with 2026 March version)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Heat up hotend
2. Check fan is running
