[Bug] The column "handle" doesn't provide context menu any longer

Description

The column "handle" used to have actions to insert or remove column (as a context menu), but in 0.20.0 RC6 they aren't available any longer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a table.
2. Move mouse cursor below a column until the handle appears.
3. Rigth/left click on the handle.

Expected Behavior

A context menu should appear.

Actual Behavior

No context menu appears.
