OS-specific shortcuts resetting on other platforms

Describe the bug When opening a project file from a different OS (macOS in this case) and viewing the project commands, it resets the OS-specific shortcut and sets it to null.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a project file on Windows created from macOS
2. Go to project commands
3. Close project commands
4. See broken shortcut

Expected behavior It should keep the shortcut from the other platform
