Incorrect behaviour

CD-i audio player will play garbled audio when handling CD+G.

Expected behaviour

Beautiful graphics are streamed to the screen as music plays.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start cdimono1 with any CD+G disc, such as Fleetwood Mac - Behind the Mask
2. Notice the audio has crackling (this is the graphics data being interpreted as audio).

Additional details

To solve this, pull #15910 will prevent the audio crackling. To see the graphics, the SPI and SCI fixes will also be needed.
