Incorrect behaviour

Since I upgraded to MAME 0.289, I have noticed I can't receive bytes over serial. According to trace logs, IRQs don't fire on RX, whereas the serial chip is configured to enable those IRQs (Verified working on real hardware). I didn't investigate anything more so far, I can do if needed but it might ring a bell for someone!

Expected behaviour

IRQs fire, I can receive bytes.
