v1.10 goes into BSOD on file removal, writing, even on idling: `SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED`

Upgraded to v1.10 via installing btrfs-vol.inf from the context menu.

It's a small volume that I used to store some movies before.

Now when I try do delete ~100 MB file, Windows seemingly does that, and soon it strikes with BSOD 0x1000007e, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED: 090326-11593-01.zip

Do you need a full MEMORY.DMP by chance?

Although Windows shows it to have 2G of free space, I remember before the upgrade the driver refusing to copy most of files (at least larger than 100 MB). Maybe after upgrade it's the same, but I hesitate to test it (since the OS might stall).

It might be that the previous version induced some FS corruption. I haven't checked the volume from Linux. Is it worth trying?
