Feature request: windows exe installer

Hi, excellent work! But it would be way too complicated for a windows noobie to install python and pip and pip install, and it would really be a problem when a user not familiar with cmd lines

Could you pack up a exe installer self contained somehow and run without dependencies, and GUI perhaps helps alot ?
